Misuse of pay stub generators for fraudulent purposes may constitute a criminal offense. StubBox assumes no liability for misuse of generated documents.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

StubBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Tax calculations, deduction amounts, or figures are accurate, complete, or current
Generated pay stubs will be accepted by any third party for any purpose

Pay stubs generated by StubBox are for general informational and personal record-keeping purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional payroll, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Tax rates and rules change frequently — always verify figures with a qualified professional for official or legal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StubBox and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Reliance on inaccurate pay stub figures

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with StubBox is to stop using the service.

Generated pay stub PDFs belong to the user who created them.
